ANNUAL FALL PORTRAITS 2026

Thank you for coming to the Fall Portrait Sign Up page. This page is not for fall family sessions, rather for individual annual portraits of your children for the academic year of 2026-2027.

It is my pleasure to capture beautiful images of your incredible children in creative locations!

THE PACKAGE OFFERINGS AND PRICING:

Package Printing Option Includes:

1 8x10 (Individual)

1 5x7 (Group or individual if not affiliated with a group)

2 4x6 (Individual)

1 Magnet (Individual)

1 Sheet of Wallets (Individual)

*Please note that if you are choosing this option and not affiliated with a school, there will be a shipping cost of $7.00 added to send to your home.

Cost: $55 (before shipping)

Gallery Only Option Includes:

Images will be added to a gallery for all children meaning if you order an above print package, you will still have access to this gallery and can order additional images if you please. With this option alone you will not receive a print package. You will be able instead to purchase a download ($9.95) or prints at various prices directly from the site. Traditional magnets are not an option through the gallery site. Purchases of product are not mandatory. Watermarks will be on gallery images. Galleries will expire by end of academic year in Spring 2027.

Cost: $35

Turnaround Time: Print Packages and Galleries will be sent out by no later than the return of the Thanksgiving Holidays.

PHOTO DATES TO KNOW

Star Child Nature School: Last week of October with rain dates and or makeups: TBD likely first week of November

SDHC: October 14th with no raindate

COG: TBD

Homeschoolers, un-schoolers and all the rest: TBD

IMPORTANT INFO:

Please have your child dressed to your liking for photo day. If you have any special requests as far as jacket off, no hat, with or without glasses, etc and you will not be on site during the photosession, then leave a note with your online form. You may also remind your child’s teacher of this request.

I do not recommend parents stick around for their child’s photo session when booking for a school where you would normally do a drop off. It’s already a bit exciting for them to have photo day and now mom or dad sticking around is creating more anxiety because this doesn’t often happen.. and the pressure can be a lot! Please have faith in Jennifer Helene that she will be patient with each child to allow them the time they need to make a nice smile or simply show a comfortable facial expression that exudes happiness, confidence and shows a little light into their beautiful souls.

Teachers will know when their class’s individual sessions will be and all classes will be scheduled as early as possible in the day to avoid the mess of play on their faces and clothing before photos.

There will be no refunds for the photo sessions, unless you cannot make the session date due to an illness or emergency and also cannot make a rain date if it is offered.

Sibling shots will be a complimentary case by case opportunity, and likely will only be offered at the smaller session meets and coops and not at a bigger camp/school as we have a lot of children to get through!
